Students should pay for the costs of experiments, practices,
visits and other activities which are not included in the curriculum.

Students should turn in the tuition fees and accommodation
fees for one semester within 5 days of their entry. A 5% overdue
fine should be collected for delay.
6.
No return back for the tuition fees except for the school’s
reason.
7. Students sent by organizations
that have cooperation agreement with the university are charged
at the rate specified by the relevant agreement.
III. Application and Admissions
Those who conform to the admission requirements and are willing
to study in the university can apply directly to the university.
1.
Applicants can ask for the Application Form for Oversees
Students in North China Electric Power University and the Physical
Examination Record of Foreign Students in the Office of Foreign
Student Affairs.
2.
Applicants should send the Application form together with
the following materials to the Office of Foreign Student Affairs
in registered letters 3 months in advance.
1)
Certificate and school report
a.
Applicants for being ordinary refresh course students should
provide the latest qualification certificate, their learning courses
and school report.
b.
Applicants for being senior refresh course students and research
scholars should provide the latest qualification certificate, research
achievements and their research orientation after entry.
c.
After high school graduate of the current year, college
graduate and candidates leading to a Master’s degree pass the exam,
they should provide their diploma, degree certificate and school
report (the original copy).
2)
Recommendation letter
a.
High school graduates should be recommended by their former
school or working unit.
b.
Ordinary refresh course students should be recommend by associate
professors or lecturers of the former school.
c.
Candidates leading to a Master’s degree, doctors, senior
refresh course students and research scholar should be recommended
by two professors or assistant professors (provided in the enrollment)

The admitted should be the excellent ones. Once admitted,
the applicants will receive the Admission Notice and JW202 Form
from the university. Applicants can apply for the visa to learn
in China with the above-mentioned materials in Chinese embassies.
4)
Undergraduates, graduates and doctors should pass the standard
test held by the university before the enrollment. Those who fail
in the test can take part in the Chinese course. The test time is
to be informed after signing up.
IV. Signing up and Enrollment:
1.
Students sign up with the Admission Notice, JW202 form
and the physical examination record. Those who are late for nothing
are to be cancelled for admission.
2.
Chinese language learners can enroll with the visiting
(F) or learning (X) visa. Others should have the (X) visa for enrollment.
No tour (L) visa is accepted.
3.
When signing up, Enrollment Register Card, the Application
Form for foreigners staying in China, and Residence Card should
be filled. Students should also buy accident insurance.
4.
Students get the student card, school badge and are
enrolled with their passport, the invoices of tuition fees and accommodation
fees.
