 Application Method
1. Students who need the Chinese Government scholarship should apply to The China Scholarship Council through related governmental department of their respective countries.
2. Self-financing students should apply directly to the International Students Office of NCEPU.
Application Procedures
Step 1: Ask for Application Form from the International Students Office of NCEPU or download the form from the website of the University.
Step 2: Send by post (or by E-mail or fax) the Application Form, Passport-sized Photo and other related documents to the International Students Office of NCEPU before the application deadline.
Step 3: Admission Notice, Visa Application for Study in China(JW202) and Physical Examination Record will be sent to students who have been admitted.
Step 4: The Physical Examination Record , with photo of the applicant affixed and stamp of the hospital, must be completed and signed by a medical doctor after a physical examination of the applicant. You could also take the Physical Examination at the assigned hospital of China after you arrive in the Campus.
Step 5: Admitted students should take the Admission Notice, JW202 Form and Physical Examination Record to the Chinese Embassy to apply for Student Visa(X-Visa). JW202 Form must be asked back even if the Embassy wants to keep it.
Step 6: Admitted students should take the Admission Notice, JW202 Form and Physical Examination Record to register at NCEPU within the registration period written in the Admission Notice. |
